Many events can be said to have changed history, and not everyone might agree with all of those chosen for this collection, but – undeniably – these twelve would appear somewhere on anyone’s list:




There are, of course, many more – including the rise and fall of the Achaemenid Empire, the conquests of Alexander the Great, the Mughal Empire, the Protestant Reformation – but the following collection will only address aspects of the twelve above.
